Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the shipment status.
  • We currently ship across India through reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistical delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • An unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any return or exchange request. This helps us verify the condition and contents of the item.
  • A repacking video showing the product being carefully packed in its original packaging is also required.
  • The jewellery item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags intact. Any tampering with the tags or the product will make the request ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping will be handled by the customer. We currently do not offer reverse pickup services.


Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Send an email to info@tattvajewels.in with: Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • The unboxing video (clear, full view, uninterrupted)
  • The repacking video
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund (if applicable) will be processed Within 7 days.
